Accessibility statement
SeishinDo aims to make the online store perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for users with disabilities.
1. Legal background
Romanian Law 232/2022 implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 and applies from 28 June 2025 to e-commerce services and e-books. Microenterprises providing services may qualify for the statutory exemption; regardless of any exemption, SeishinDo treats accessibility as a development principle.
2. Measures
We aim for semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus, adequate contrast, image alternatives, labelled forms, responsive zoom, understandable error messages and screen-reader-compatible structure.
3. E-books
Where technically and legally possible, e-books are prepared with navigable structure, machine-readable text, metadate and assistive-technology compatibility. Available accessibility characteristics will be stated on product pages.
4. Feedback
Report accessibility problems to info@seishindo.ro with subject “Accessibility”, including the page, device/assistive technology and a short description. We will assess and reasonably remediate where possible.
