SEISHINDO · LEGAL INFORMATION
Warranty and conformity
Statutory rights concerning conformity of goods and digital content.
1. Legal conformity guarantee
Seishin Do SRL must deliver goods conforming to the contract. For new goods, the statutory liability period is generally at least two years from delivery. This exists independently of any commercial warranty.
2. Conformity requirements
Goods must match description, type, quantity and quality, promised functionality, accessories and instructions, and have the quality, durability and safety reasonably expected for goods of the same type.
3. Remedies
In case of non-conformity, consumers may request repair or replacement unless impossible or disproportionate. The remedy must be free and within a reasonable time which, under Romanian rules and statutory conditions, may not exceed 15 calendar days. If conformity is not restored or other statutory conditions are met, proportionate price reduction or termination may be available.
4. Early non-conformity
If non-conformity is found shortly after delivery, within 30 calendar days, the consumer has the special rights provided by Emergency Ordinance 140/2021, including replacement under the statutory conditions.
5. Digital content
A digital book must meet the promised format, functionality, compatibility, accessibility and security requirements. Failure to supply or non-conformity is governed by the remedies in Emergency Ordinance 141/2021.
6. Commercial warranty
If the manufacturer or Seishin Do SRL provides an additional commercial warranty, its terms are stated separately. It cannot reduce statutory rights.
7. Claim submission
Conformity claims may be sent to info@seishindo.ro with the order number, product and problem description. Reasonably necessary evidence may be requested to assess the case.
