Product safety
Safety information relevant to the books, music CDs and personalised gift items sold by SeishinDo.
1. General Product Safety Regulation
Books, music CDs and personalised gift items are offered only where they may lawfully and safely be placed on the market. Where the nature of the product requires it, the product page provides the manufacturer or other responsible economic operator details, the information needed to identify the product, and relevant use or safety warnings.
2. Language
Safety information, instructions and warnings needed for products offered to consumers in Romania are provided in Romanian, alongside Hungarian/English translations where available.
3. Recalls and incidents
If a product is found dangerous or recalled, we cooperate with the manufacturer, supplier and authorities and may contact affected purchasers using order contact data. Such communication is for safety, not marketing.
4. Reporting a safety issue
Report product-safety concerns to info@seishindo.ro with product name/identifier, order number if available, description and relevant photographs. In an immediate serious danger, appropriate emergency or authority channels should also be used.
