SEISHINDO · LEGAL INFORMATION
Delivery and payment
Delivery, performance and payment rules. Checkout always shows the actual options and costs applicable to the order.
1. Delivery areas and restrictions
Supported countries/regions and any restrictions are clearly indicated at the beginning of ordering or in checkout. If an address cannot be served, ordering is blocked or the customer is informed without undue delay.
2. Methods and charges
Available courier, pickup-point, personal collection or other methods and their charges are shown in checkout. Delivery is not a hidden charge and is included in the total shown before an order with an obligation to pay is placed.
3. Delivery time
An estimated delivery/performance time is shown. Unless otherwise agreed, performance is without undue delay and within the statutory limit. Special lead times shown for pre-orders or made-to-order goods apply.
4. Transfer of risk
For consumer contracts, risk generally passes when the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. Recording visible parcel damage with the carrier is recommended but does not remove statutory rights if not done.
5. Payment methods
Only methods offered for the specific order are accepted. Depending on enabled services these may include card, bank transfer, cash on delivery or other lawful methods. Actual availability is shown in checkout.
6. Invoicing
The customer must provide accurate invoicing details. Invoices may be provided electronically. Business customers are responsible for the accuracy of tax and company data supplied.
7. Digital products
Digital books require no physical delivery. Access method, format, technical/compatibility requirements and download rights are stated on the product page or in the order confirmation.
